A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY 14 days to request a return after delivery. Items must be unworn, tagged, in original packaging.
Manufacturer direct items
are final sale—no returns.

If we approve, we’ll send a return label + shipping deets. Returns without prior request? We won’t accept ’em.
C. DAMAGED/Wrong Items Check your order when it arrives. Let us know right away if something’s defective, damaged, or wrong—we’ll sort it.
D. EXCHANGES We only swap items if they’re damaged, wrong product/size, or defective. Hit us up to exchange.
E. RESTOCKING FEES Nope, we don’t charge ’em.
F. REFUNDS Once we get and check your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is a go.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Heads up: your bank might take a bit to process it.
G. NO DISCOUNT REFUNDS Used a discount? Cool. Didn’t use one? No refunds for that. Discounts must be applied when you buy—no exceptions.
